Craniosacral Fascial Therapy

A gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body's connective tissue and nervous system

Allens Creek Road

Service Description

Craniosacral Fascial Therapy, based on the Gillespie Approach, is a gentle, hands-on technique that works with the body’s connective tissue (fascia) and nervous system to release patterns of tension, restriction, and stored stress. Using light touch, this work supports the natural rhythm of the craniosacral system while addressing fascial strain throughout the body. The goal is not to force change, but to allow the body to unwind, reorganize, and restore balance. This approach can be especially supportive for both adults and children experiencing: - Chronic pain or tension patterns - Headaches or migraines - Nervous system dysregulation (stress, anxiety, overwhelm) - Postural imbalances - Birth-related or early developmental strain (in infants & children) - Pelvic and core dysfunction - Lingering effects of injury or trauma Because the work is subtle and deeply regulating, many clients experience a sense of calm, improved body awareness, and more ease in movement after sessions. Sessions are performed fully clothed, in a quiet and supportive environment. Touch is gentle, slow, and intentional. You may notice: - Subtle shifts in tension - Changes in breath - Deep relaxation - Increased awareness of your body Each session is guided by your body’s response, making the experience highly individualized.
